Kordwerk operates integrations for Astplan and Platzklar. That is why Kordwerk appears when you authorize a connected Google or Microsoft account.
Google Calendar and Gmail
Astplan can connect Google Calendar and Gmail for their respective features. Platzklar can connect a Gmail mailbox for communication. You authorize selected features explicitly.
Microsoft Outlook
Both products can connect a supported Microsoft mailbox through Microsoft Graph. Mailbox authorization is separate from signing in to the product.
Separate products and scoped access
Connections remain associated with their product, organization and user. A shared service does not give other products access to your messages or calendar. Disconnect within the product or revoke permission at the provider.
Product email
System email is delivered centrally through Kordwerk. The sender name and content identify Astplan or Platzklar, while login, customer and booking links lead to the appropriate product domain.
